My name is Sophie (Zofia) Mordes and I am a registered Civil Marriage Celebrant appointed by the Attorney-General's Department in 1996 to celebrate marriages.  

I was born and educated in Poland and being bi-linqual I perform marriages in English, Polish or both languages. 

Since 1996 I have had the pleasure of performing hundreds of ceremonies for people of various backgrounds and nationalities in Melbourne, in Victoria and in Sydney, in all settings - parks, beaches, gardens, restaurants, reception venues, their homes, my home.

I've got over 20 years experience to create the best possible, warm and memorable ceremony you will never forget. I will make sure that on the day of your wedding you are relaxed and happy to enjoy every moment of it. 

I am a member of the Association of Marriage Celebrants and by attending professional development courses and conferences I am up to date with changing regulations and laws.

I believe in marriage equality and as soon as it becomes legalised I will be happy to marry same sex couples.
